What is your cancellation policy?
For dog walking and drop-in visits, I require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, the full fee applies.
For overnight and multi-day bookings:
Cancel 14 or more days before your booking for a full refund of your deposit.
Cancel 7 to 13 days before, and the deposit is forfeited.
Cancel less than 7 days before, and the full booking fee is due.
For holiday bookings, please provide at least 30 days’ notice to receive a deposit refund.
